Today’s Godsign message is dedicated to all who have known deep loss and life altering pain because of the terrorism of hate – anywhere and everywhere. We are all one.
Eclipses have occurred for as long as the Sun and the Moon have done a dance around our Earth. Cycle after cycle after cycle . . . the sun bringing the light, the moon in the dark . . . cycle upon cycle.
We have had throughout human history cycles of love and then hate, love and then hate, love and then hate.
Still we are here, for Love is much MUCH brighter than hate or we would have destroyed ourselves as a people long ago. Love is at least 400 times more powerful than hate. Our sun is 400 times bigger than our moon. And yet the moon, cycle upon cycle, will at times block out the Sun. And it is all an illusion.
Our sun is generating a blinding light that lights up our universe day, night, cycling for all of our history. How long has humanity worshiped our sun?
Our moon is a black, cold, round rock, and it is so dark it creates an illusion of light by reflecting the true light from our sun. The sun, by generously lighting up our moon, helps to keep some light alive at night. How long have we worshiped our moon?
Those questions can’t truly be answered. It goes back too far in time. Solar and Lunar eclipses occur regularly all over the world. But a total lunar eclipse and a total solar eclipse in one month is more rare. The total solar eclipse that is crossing America this Monday – and only crossing through America – is even rarer and will effect us in ways we can’t fully know. But effect us it will.
The last time an eclipse went from coast to coast across the US – and only the US was in 1776. A major time in our American history, wouldn’t you say? Another total solar eclipse that went across the US was in 1918, 99 years ago, but it did not cross just through America.
A total solar eclipse is total science and a total illusion all at the same time. A divine dichotomy. Opposites being true at the same time.
The Godsign in math, words, timing and history which actually ribbons through this particular total solar eclipse, and another that is going to cross our country again in 7 years, is stunning to me – and needless to say Spirit said please share.

Many of our Godsign messages have discussed the innumerable meanings that can be found in numbers, words, names, timing . . this eclipse has them all.
The total solar eclipse this Monday begins in the 33rd state (Oregon), and ends in Charleston, South Carolina at the 33rd parallel. The eclipse occurs on the 233rd day of the year, which is 33 weeks and 2 days into 2017. It’s been noted that an eclipse like this hasn’t happened in 99 years which is 3 x 33 years. The date, 8-21-2017, is itself a ‘3’ day.
The eclipse will end at 2:49 p.m. ET as the moon’s shadow moves off the Atlantic coast. That means it will take one hour and 33 minutes for the shadow of the moon to cross the country.
Is God communicating?
Then there is the number 40 that shows Up in connection with a very ancient and important time in the Hebrew traditions. The eclipse Monday is exactly 40 days from Yom Kippur (The Day of Atonement). The number 40 can represent times of testing as can been seen in the 40 years the Israelites wandered in the wilderness and the 40 days Jesus was tested in the wilderness. It also matters that this 40 day period of time beginning on August 21st is called the Season of Teshuvah, which in the Jewish faith is a time to get right with God before the Day of Atonement.
You can see the Godsign in the numbers surrounding this timing, now notice some of the names and symbols involved and used as Godsign.
The first major city that will witness the eclipse is Oregon’s state capital, Salem. Not all, but many cities are named Salem because it is the shortened version of “Jerusalem”, which is a prophetically significant city in the Bible and has been for most of our modern history. Jerusalem was originally called “Salem” in the days of Melchizedek (Genesis 14:18).
It gets more interesting. The next total solar eclipse from coast to coast in the US will occur on April 8, 2024. The line of totality will cross from Texas, up through the Midwest, almost directly over Indianapolis, Cleveland and Buffalo, New York, up over New England and out over Maine and New Brunswick, Canada.
The path of this second total eclipse will form an ‘x’ over the United States and rests right over a region in southern Illinois called “Little Egypt”. There is still more – the exact point where the two paths cross is in the town of Makanda, which used to be called the “Star of Egypt”. The closest road to the exact point where the two eclipses cross is Salem Road in Makanda, Illinois. What are the odds of that?
Think it matters?
“X” marks the spot, and as you can see from the map the two eclipses that cross over America in the next 7 years creates and X. In ancient Norse language the Futhark is one of Europe’s oldest alphabets. Today we call them ‘Runes’. The letter X in the Runes is Gebo which means Gift. It is why X was used to mark the spot of the treasures and why today we use it as a symbol for a kiss. In the next 7 years is America going to go through a time that can be seen as a Gift. It may not look that way right now, but time will tell.
And all these celestial events are all based on an illusion.
For a few hours, across the US, the moon will appear to be bigger than the sun. Our moon is actually 400 times smaller than our sun but because the sun is 400 times further away from us than our moon, the moon appears to be around the same size. Because of timing, and spacing, and size and exacting physics – the illusion of the moon blocking our our sun occurs.
That ‘illusion’ allows scientists to see the sun’s corona which is what proved Einstein’s theory of relativity was correct. The same ‘illusion’ will have scientists from all over the world with their telescopes and technologies stationed all along the 70 mile wide swatch of land across the US, stretching into the oceans on both coasts. They will study the science collected for decades to come.
Other stars beside our sun are also involved in this celestial. The eclipse occurs in conjunction with Regulus, the “King Star”. Regulus is the brightest star in the constellation Leo. There are many that believe Regulus was very prominent in the night sky around the time of Jesus’ birth. There were many celestial happenings when Buddha was born. Are we looking at a time when a very special person is to be conceived or born? It may be 30, 40 or more years before we might know that – but many larger than life heroes have been born while heralded to the world through the stars.
There are scientific truths to be found in the illusions of life that surround us all the time. We are living in a time right now where it is hard to tell between truth and illusions. We are being inundated with what some believe to be truth and what others believe to be lies.
What is truth . . . what are lies?
Perhaps the Sacred Timing of this eclipse and then again in 7 years is Creators Way of getting our sun to light up the truth in the illusions and lies we are all dealing with right now.
Perhaps the eclipse contains so much Godsign to help us to to see that something very small and very dark itself – the moon creates no light – can blot out the Light – but it can’t last, not that long, for it is all an illusion. Lies are dark and cannot over long periods of time stand up to the Light. Small-minded, ignorant people seem at times to be so much bigger than they are for it is an illusion. They are not truth but lies.
Hatred is a lie.
Many are realizing there is a confrontation going on in our world and in our country between truth and lies. It’s hard to tell one from the other right now. It is causing us all to go within to find, know and hold onto our own truths. Your truth is not my truth but both are true.
And the only truth that is important to you should be yours . . . like the only true light in our sky is the sun.
There is a challenge of love overcoming hatred within ourselves and certainly in our world. Some believe hatred is their truth . . . they would not agree that hatred is an illusion . . . but then hatred has kept the truth of love from people throughout history. BUT NEVER FOREVER. Like the eclipse created by small dark moon the sunlight will be blocked but only for a short time.
Small minded, small hearted, small feeling individuals don’t lead us to Light or greatness. But you will find the small minded are only around for so long. Those that walk with the Light and love walk tall with Truth and are honored by a long history of acknowledgment and gratitude from humanity . . . . Gandhi, Mandala, Dr. King.
Creator can use Eclipses in many ways. And contrary to ancient beliefs, when poor virgins were killed all over the place, the ignorance associated with eclipses is no longer a reason for human sacrifice. Solar eclipses can bring news of life’s big events such as a marriage, a birth, a big move, vital business deals, the purchase of a house, getting a pet, a graduation, or a big break up. No matter what happens, keep in mind that this is the universe’s way of being intent on moving you forward in life.
Any secrets you might have in your life can be revealed during the time of an eclipse. You were not aware of something and this is a time of bringing Light to a situation. It can lead to major life decisions and changes because finally all the pieces have some together.
The ancients wrote that if you act under an eclipse, the plan would not work out quite the way you expected and could be surprising. The news could happen like a bolt out of the blue. Sometime this sudden change occurs because the universe, your angels and even Creator have something better in mind for you. Patience is needed to let life, like the eclipse, run its course.
Patience is needed right now and BIG DOSES OF LOVE wherever and whenever you can shine it around! There is a small group of small minded, very ignorant people, who live under the illusion that hatred is light and they sometimes are capable of blocking out the Light that is truth. It doesn’t last, they are too small to truly block out the Light of Truth and Love for long.
When Creator has placed something in the sky that makes you look to the heavens in wonder, you can almost count on the fact that Creator has some Sacred Message for you filled with Sacred Light. God celebrates the light and the dark and that fact that illusions can teach us much about the Truths of Life, Light and and Love.
