Happy Friday
One of my favorite animals can be used this time of year by Creator as Godsign to talk to all of us. In some of our earliest history, this proud and noble animal was very influential in helping humanity evolve on Earth. This animal was the reason we could grow food, spread knowledge over large distances and be carted to the town square for Sunday gatherings. Most of you reading this may not have even ridden a horse but you can be sure that in some lifetime, your life was saved by your horse.
Our Divine Creator uses horses, horsepower, horseshoes, light horses, dark horses, unicorns and all kinds of winged Pegasus flying around you as Godsign to speak to you on a chariot full of ideas, advice and Love!
Do horses ‘talk’ to us? Creator has used their beauty and brawn, grace and glory to ‘speak’ to mankind for eons. Horses can show Up around you to let you know life is helping transport you from point A to point B. The horses can also represent bringing you more horsepower. HOrses show up when you are tired and need more energy. You need more horsepower and they ride around you to let you know to work on your energy fields to get more power within you.
Historically, the horse has been associated with everyone’s Soul’s Journey. This theme has crossed borders, cultures and faiths. With or without wings, horses are symbolic of spiritual trips to the Other world, a trip to the moon or to visit with the Gods. It was believed that the moon horse Pegasus was born of Medusa’s blood in an attempt to win immortality. It is this winged equine of the Pegasus Parade that is the true mascot of the Kentucky Derby.
Tomorrow is the running of The Kentucky Derby. A famous horse race held every year on the first Saturday in May. The Kentucky Derby is the first race of 3 top horse races. A horse can become a ‘triple-crown winner’ by winning all three races. First they have to win the Derby. The winner of the Derby is covered after the race with a blanket of roses. It is literally a run for the roses . . . along with hundreds of millions of dollars.
It is also the kickoff of another major event found one state north of Kentucky. May is the beginning of major horsepower taking over the state of Indiana leading up to the Indianapolis 500 run at the end of May. Horsepower help build Indiana and Indianapolis.
That love of horse power leads to horses being brought to Indiana in many ways. Those of you reading this that live in Indiana and particularly in Indianapolis, most likely have some article of clothing pertaining to Colts. The lucky horseshoe is plastered around this town – try to not see one during any given day. Would you like to hazard a guess as to how much money ‘Colts’ bring into a city’s economy?
For millennia, horses have played a significant role in human culture. Today, horses are used for leisure activities, sports, and work. It has been estimated that there are more than 59,000,000 horses in the world, with at least 10,000,000 in the US alone. Horse-related activities bring in over $44 billion into the US economy yearly. What’s that equal per horse. You do the math. They still work and make us money.
White horses were the choice of those celebrating the Goddesses and the May Queens during the Springtime festivals and Beltane. The woman chosen to represent the Goddess of the times, such as “Godiva” meaning “Goddess”, would ride the white steed and her ride was considered essential to the blessing and welfare of the crops for the season.
Mohammed had Alborak, the magical milk-white winged horse with a woman’s head and a peacock’s tail. Mohanned rode Alberak to heaven by on his famous night journey where he achieved his visions and his spiritual teachings. In a Godsign kind of way, this myth gives Mohammed, the founder of a most patriarchal religions, the authority to lead from a female Spirit. It was long held by many mystic eastern traditions that only a female spirit – Shakti, Fravashi, Peti, Psyche, Anima, etc., – could show a man the way to divine knowledge. The female horses were linked symbolically and historically with divine awakening.
Horses are linked to sun and sky gods. They represent the elemental power of wind, storms, fire, waves and running water. The white horse usually represented light, life and spiritual illumination, the black horse could represent change and transition.
The Buddha is said to have left his earthly life on a white horse and it was horses that drew the Chariots of the Gods in many world traditions such as Norse, Hindu, Islamic, Babylonian and Persian scriptures. Some of the earliest evidence of the domestication of horses is as a means of transport in ‘chariot’ burials which date back to 2,000 BCE. However, horses and their power may go back to 4,000-3,500 BCE.
The horse is one of the twelve Chinese zodiac animals. My son Griffin was born the year of the Horse. It is considered a Yang-Fire animal in the Chinese zodiac and those with the Horse sign are usually thought to be popular, cheerful, changeable, talkative, perceptive, agile, magnetic, intelligent and open-minded. You can be sure he rides horses all the time now.
One of my favorite memories when I was younger happened the first time I attended a horse race. It hadn’t occurred to me that you would ‘feel’ and hear the horses racing before you would see them. When you have several horses racing each other there is a deep rumble of noise and a gentle shaking of the ground beneath your feet, both of which effect you before you can actually see the horses racing past you . . . I finally fully understood the true meaning and natures awesome beauty found in Horse Power.
Horses are without doubt one of my favorite animals, a powerful Spirit guide and divine connection in Godsign for me. Being raised in Kentucky with strong Irish roots, some type of horse energy has been around me all my life. I am eternally grateful to them for the priceless Gifts their presence has brought to all of humanity! Watch how your Divine Source uses the beauty, elegance, strength, wisdom and grace of horses in your life to mirror your own beauty, elegance, strength, wisdom and grace as you run your race this time around. Especially helping you to enjoy your ride!

A Perfect Combination
I traveled to the heartland
to attend a springtime feast
with a perfect combination
of the beauty and the beast.
As the two become entwined
a Spirited joy must be released.
The place is known for Bluegrass,
the color of windswept fields.
Beauty in a pasture’s chemistry
creates the innate speed it yields.
Beast in the gambled bloodlines,
the awesome power fortune wields.
Beauty swirls in rainbow pageantry,
the sights and smells and sounds.
Beast felt in the quaking magnitude
of equine nature raced around.
Deep respect and admiration
keeps each to the other bound.
Beauty blanketed in red perfection,
hosting a soiree of infinite browns
Beast requires three jewels
to complete it’s ultimate crown.
To most it’s simply known as a
run for the roses at Churchill Downs.

During these Spirit Groups, you will get over 1 1/2 hours of fun and Spirit-filled connections, metaphysical discussions with others, and all of it in the comfort of your own comfy chair, couch, table or bed using your phone, laptop, IPad or PC. Stay home, stay connected, stay safe!

You stay home as I help lead discussions and give Spirit and Godsign messages in our meetings. You can see and speak to everyone or not say a word. You attend using your phone, laptop or whatever electronic means you would like.

GET RID OF GUNS. If anyone is needing help getting rid of a gun, please let me know. I am happy to help get it or you or both to the nearest police station. They will take any guns and destroy them. I have a number of police officer friends that can also assist us.
